Driving on the motorway today and was overtaking someone when had sudden loss of power. Worried that my turbo had gone but fortunately after inspection on the hard shoulder it was just the lower boost pipe had come off.

Got a lift home to grab some tools and got it back on.

Bit scary at the side of the motorway!

Yeah, can be shocking.  Still not sure how I've never popped a boost hose given I run about 40 PSI of boost

I still use the spring type clamps rather than the jubilee style. Really want a front mount :(

Photoshopped or wrapped? looks good with the new wheels!

Have you swapped the heating elements over to the leathers now? Are you gonna swap them over?

I think that's a photo shop. For Matte black the bonnet has too much reflection?? Looks fantastic though :)

It's photoshop chaps, but it's the colour that it's going. I think it looks awesome and can't wait to paint it :) :) :)

Skoda pickup

Collected the Felicia pickup yesterday and I love it.

Only got it because my fabia was getting ruined driving it to work etc and it was upsetting! So now this thing is my little work horse and will allow me to work on the Fab and still be able to drive.

The Fabia is getting stripped out to sound proof it all, remove all four wheels for refurbishment and also re spray the car.

The pickup is going to make doing these things a lot easier! :)

Cool Felicia :) I wouldn't mind one of those, would make a cool little rig for mountain biking!

Did you tint the windows on the Fabia yourself? If so, what did you use, and was it easy? I'd like to tint the windows on my Octy, but I'm on a very limited budget!

The Fabia looks very nice by the way, tastefully done :)

Thanks mate. I tinted the windows myself. Don't buy cheap window tinting film. Yes it's difficult, it's taken me years or practice to get good at it. The rear windscreen is the hardest and you really need to do it indoors.

The fabia is like luxury after the pickup haha :)
