Well, got the bulbs fitted.

 

Must say, its not as hard to do as I feared, although the space is limited to get your fingers in.

 

I used a mirror to see, and once you know where the bulb holder is, you can do it blind.

 

The passenger side came out fine, the driver side I used a pair of pliers to gently grasp the bulb holder and with a slight wiggling it came out.

 

Took a picture last night, and will take a comparison one tonight and pop them up to show the difference.

 

So far no bulb warning lights, but time will tell. Fingers crossed anyway

The DRLs are horribly yellow on Wayne's Superb...I suspect yours are the same

What bulb and how do you fit them?

P21W's, pop the grill out next to the light (squeeze the centre two fins together - the side near the middle of the car) and flip the light out.

All covered in the handbook.

ILOVEMYSUPERB has got them, and Ive PM'd him to see if they are still working fine with no bulb out warning

Try the Cree version instead...They are brighter and better made

Mine are a couple of years old now so the links no longer work, 

 

I bought the type you posted above first and they lasted just 12 months and were better than the std ones... but NOWHERE near as good as the CREE ones I replaced them with, get CREE bulbs that have a few SMD (LED) around the outside edge as well - these will held illuminate the reflector inside the light.
