Judder on initial acceleration with loss of power

Hi, I drive a Skoda Fabia Estate 1.6 tdi SE cr 105, 2010 plate, 39k on the clock

Just this morning I was pulling out of my drive and found a loss of power and a judder on acceleration. As though I was trying to pull away in 3rd or something.

This continued as I changed through 2nd and 3rd and then stopped after about 30s of driving. It now seems fine and I was wondering whether anyone had any ideas as to what it may be.

I took the car from Hull to London and back over the weekend and had no problems with it
