It's all good fun mate!

Looking forward to testing it on a few cars.

Shame you are not local, or could arrange a joint detail session.

I'm up in Yorkshire over the summer doing a few of the cricket lads cars so might be able to arrange something!

Tried a quick test panel with AF Desire last night... Pot #384 of 500 limited edition batch.

First impressions...... smells absolutely delightful; especially compared with Fusso which i was testing too!

It is a very hard wax, therefore easy to apply with a nice thin layer. I can see this lasting a long time even with regular use.

Buffs off very nicely using the BOA MF towels. Good levels of slickness, gloss and flake pop are evident for sure.

Question for you ste.

Which would you say is the best all rounder out of britemax vantage wax, AF desire or your new fusso coat?

As I know you rate all 3.

Would love to see a test panel with all 3 side by side. :)

Hi Carl - good to catch up with you today and go over some products.

Interesting question above and not one i could give an definitive answer for at this stage.....

Britemax Vantange.... is so easy on and off; reasonable value for money - but lacking durability.

If you wax your car monthly..... its a fast and easy wax to use.

AF Desire is perhaps priced out the market..... but high gloss and good durability reported.

Soft99 Fusso..... bargain basement but delivers amazing beading and slickness that is astounding.

You got to see the R36 today, sat on the drive for 2 days whilst my neighbours cut concrete/stone.

Virtually no dust or watermarks from rain etc...... its stunning performance for £20!!!

Hopefully mine will be here tomorrow ready to apply some to LittleAde's vRS

Very true the R36 looked freshly done. Good recommendation for the fusso there.

I'll keep you posted on today's products ste.

Thanks again.

Chris don't forget we want pics of aids car. And I will get my friend to call you about the golf.

Don't know what's been wrong with brisky today seems to have taken for ever to update.

Wow, more wax! There can't be a panel on your Passat that requires yet more wax. I do however admire your latest choice. Are you going to wait until you've finished with the fusso or are you going to strip back and start again?

Oh yeah more wax in the collection zoomers!

Starting a Definitive Wax collection at the moment; but I'm a sure you had guessed that :)

Charley - seeing as you ask...

Fusso is on as a sealant; wax will go on top.

Should be looking very good when complete.

I really cant see adding a wax, however good it may be, as a topper to Fusso, will add much

The only time one needs to add a wax topper to this type of sealant, would be in the Winter, for durability reasons

I await your results

Spoken with Jackie and ran through my options already.... knowing this type response would appear.  :x

Adding wax is no problem for those wanting to add depth and gloss to the finish with Fusso; in fact its recommended.

Now which wax will it be....

Sorry to be so predictable :dull:

I guess this stuff isn't like any other sealant then...I wait to be convinced

I wont be adding anything to my fusso in the near future.

But I aim to buy another version of their 'Wax' soon

Talking to Mr. Wong tomorrow

I want see how Fusso Dark performs before I add another layer..Not even adding BSD

Very predictable... Hence why I went to the product rep and made sure my facts were in place before hand.

It was Jackie who advised 2 coats Fusso dark then wax. I must admit the 2nd coat added so much more... So many comments on the car this weekend!

Can't explain this stuff.... But it layers well and accepts wax on top with consummate ease!!! :)

What about this then?....as a topper...as its made by them

Soft99 Authentic Premium show wax

Yes.... That's the one I ordered, plus some Glaco for test.

I've ordered this too and the tire wax hope mine comes before yours ste, so I can beat you too it. Although your still in front of me cos I only have one coat of Fusso on.

On the topic of the layering of waxes I'm no expert by any means, but i would say depending on the wax it can add a lot to the shine gloss and flake pop.

I suppose it could be colour dependant though.

However I look to you guys as my guru's of all things car cleaning (ste, chris) let's not fall out fellas :)

No worries Carl!

I'm testing my OCD wax, so please lead the way with Authentic, by all means.

No falling out here. Just clarifying for Chris that I've done my research... That's all :)

Good stuff!

Do we think king of gloss is going to be any good?

We fell out some time ago Carl...no falling out recently

Time to move on

Good to hear guys. :)
