I think you may be over thinking it.

Generally we don't have major issues on track days and there is little difference to full throttle on track or road.

I think the rule of thumb is that a mile on track is like 10 miles on the road in terms of giving it welly.

Signing on is from 7:30am but you just need to make sure you are there 15 minutes before the Briefing in reality to fill in the form and show them your photocard driving license.
