Your car doesn't have a wastegate, it's a turbodiesel with a VNT.

It'll be a dealer part only so just pop to the dealer and get them to order it for you, the photo isn't clear which part of the linkage you need.

Looking at the first pic on this listing, it appears to be possible to unbolt that vacuum motor assembly, and pop the plastic end off the metal spindle, though that last bit will be tricky unless you can warm up the plastic.

Doubt you'll get just that actuator from a dealer, they'll want to sell you a whole EGR valve, which will be more than you want to pay.

Secondhand EGR valve, clean up and fit. Or attempt to remove just that actuator from one in a scrapyard, and fit it to your EGR.  I'll leave others to suggest that this would be a good time to delete the EGR valve.

Edit: that ebay listing isn't intended as a purchase suggestion, dunno if it is exactly the right one, just an illustration from an easy angle.

You won't be able to get that actuator arm separately, it's built into the vacuum pump. You maybe able to buy just the vacuum assembly, maybe cheaper buying a second EGR valve. You're looks like it's leaking slightly judging by the black gunk covering it.

That actuator arm controls your Anti-Shudder Valve (ASV) so you'll find you're getting rough engine shutdowns.
