I've recently bought an SE VRS and got it for a winter toy as I have a daily BMW. As I have enjoyed the VRS so much I'm now keeping it as my daily when my leased BM goes back in April.

It's a 56k mile 1 owner car and in great condition apart from usual stone chips.

I got the tailgate and both rear arches painted under warranty as there was tiny blisters and I paid for the bottom of the front doors and a mirror cap.

I then changed the badges and debadged the Fabia VRS badges.

Changed the drop links with Meyle links and then fitted new front Brembo discs and pads.

It's now booked in for its 8 yr timing belt and pump at the end of the month and a 3 day paint correction at the detailers.

The bonnet is stone chipped so might get that painted later this year.

Just bought 17" spiders on Sat and they are going for powder coating in 2 weeks along with my new 205 40 17 Toyo Proxe T1Rs

Rear brakes are recently done as have the console bushes.

Going to get the wheels done silver and might black wrap the grill ??

Poss needs lowered but will wait to see how it looks with it's new boots on.

It's currently got steelies and winter tyres on.

Eight year cam-belt change?? Is this the first one it's had?

I reckon you'll decide it will need lowering once you put the spiders on

Console bushes (often called that more within VAG) are at the rear of wishbone to subframe and tend to wear quite quickly

I see I thought console bushes was an American term

I am a mk1 Golf man, so just trying to pick things up with my first Skoda.

Spend all my cash on cars and looking forward to the M3 going for the costs !! Great fun but you pay for the pleasure.

I do like the gti/d they look so much more outlandish than the golf r and I can imagine I could afford a set of rear tyres on a m3 but I like to ruin them and I think you could be mistake she is a mark two ok a H reg its in the windscreen if you can see it

4 tyres will have paid for the se ha ha and it's an absolute weapon it's about 230bhp ive slayed some big cars in that bad boy and the wastegate noise makes me do a sex wee
