This is my towbar.  I have ordered a new barrel and keys.  can anyone tell me how to drill out the old barrel please?

Might not need to drill.  If there's plastic just under where the key goes try removing it, may need cutting.  Look for a circlip or pin securing the barrel, remove that & the barrel should slide out.
