I'll be coming to it and giving a hand no matter what, you've helped me out enough times so I'll be glad to help you where I can.

Would it be possible to invade someone's track day and familiarise yourself with it?

Time is probably against me.

I have a month, a car in bits and a holiday to squeeze in with the family too.

Most likely I'll try to familiarise myself by staying out for most of the 30 minute qualifying period.

At least being near the back should make for some good overtaking opportunities. :D

Appreciated, but I don't expect people to travel those kind of distances.

It's a 30 minute qualifying session and a 40 minute race with one mandatory pit stop.

It's a long way to spend 20 seconds trying to get me back in the car.

For info, I think I can only get three people into the pits when my 40 minute race is on too.

Ill be there if you need a hand. Only 30mins away for me :)

Argh boo! Could have had a whole Briskoda/Fox ST Team like the proper people lol :-)

Yeah could pretend to change the wheels and give the front screen a quick polish. ;)

Are you having your car painted? :D

Would be awesome to see the black, white and green on a racing car.

Or, race blue? :D

Spot on the grid booked for Donnington, Sunday 6th September.

Woo !!!

Still coming down to see how you do, be a good day out! Never been to Donnington.

Nothing wrong with the colour it is for now! :)

On the sticker suggestion, settle for "My tow car is THAT Yeti"?

Amazing track and easy to learn :)

Awesome read and awesome thread!

I think I went to the Oulton park one in 2013, Missed last year due to work commitments but hopefully I will be able to make this years in September :)

That is a piece of art :)

Engine looks great Richard, do you know what engine loom was used, I need to source one for my lump and was either going to modify an original loom or make one using an Omex "universal" loom.

With JDR on Monday Mike, will ask him.

All the best to you and Damo, be safe and have a great time.

Shame you didn't get too much practice time, but at least these gremlins have shown themselves now rather than on race day

Does the engine/electrics have enough mass connections? Sound like missing mass cables or loose ones (even without hearing it   )
