Personal Contrast Plan?? That's a new one! Sounds interesting though

As above, just spotted this...

4-9 June only! I wonder if anyone signed up for 2.9% can switch deal?!

Wonder if they would take an order on a new Superb 3 on this deal!

i looked intothis as iv known about it for a bit, and still think thepch is the best way forward for my vrs hatch,

Interesting - on approved used also by looks of it.

I was at my local dealers today and the chap mentioned zero percent on any vehicle in the Skoda range!

He was well peeved to see I had changed last week back to a new Ford Fiesta ST :)

I would be intrigued to know who is funding this.....

If its Skoda, then great - If its the dealer, then it just means less haggle-room, and an overall higher price of the car.

Doh! And I am still waiting for my car to be built and a better deal comes along!

Just been into my dealer and he has offered me 2k off for a cash deal on an 150 DSG Elegance estate with a few extra bits and 1k off if I choose finance.

Plus the £500 "fuel" card can actually be spent on anything.

Looks like the dealer is part-funding the finance then, which just makes it a little easier for people who cant haggle.....

And there was me thinking it was just Skoda looking to shift some volume.

Only a deal if this is run in conjunction with the usual discounts and market value for trade-ins.

Otherwise I see this as a re-packaging up of previous incentives i.e. £500 fuel card rather than three years free servicing - all swings and roundabouts.

I'm currently on a PCP but PCH looks like a cheaper route next time - not really bothered about owning a car outright and like the idea of just 'renting' over a couple of years.

on ANY new Skoda

apart from the Octavia vRS 230...

Exactly. Soda still to confirm whether its coming or not.

Had a leaflet through the door about this and a phone call today from the local dealer. They are really pushing it but I have seen two different dealers with the same advert I guess it's a skoda UK promotion. If the 230 was available I would be there for a cup of coffee and a nose around to see what they can offer.

I'm popping along, they cannot be any worse than the last few dealers (other manufacturers) that I've tried.

So far the scout lease has got my attention as I really need to get out of my citigo, I miss my Octavia too much.

If I have ordered a car already but has not been built, what are the chances of phoning up the dealer to get this deal?

Just jumped on this deal. Got a discount on list and whilst may have got a slightly bigger discount buying out right it is worth a bit to be able to spread the cost. Plan on keeping beyond the 3 years anyway so specced up some options and went for it. Effectively an interest free loan in real world terms for me. Coming from an almost 9 year old Mk2 so looking forward to it!

I too went for the deal, that simple fact the salesman actually took the time and was willing to do a deal meant they got the business. Mercedes-Benz should take note and not employ pompous a holes!

Taken advantage today for a new vrs.

I picked up my Octavia on their PCP 0% deal a few weeks ago.

Lovely car, however can someone confirm something for me - I took a car from stock and didn't receive a £500 discount for doing so due to the car having some optional extras on it, i.e. auto headlights, Cruise Control and a MFSW. I heard that these extras were standard from March on-wards, therefore should I still have received the discount?

Just to answer my own question, my dealer put me onto the 0% interest deal today (from the previous 2.8% finance!)  No fuel card though, but still a better deal.

I took advantage of this offer (it's financed by Skoda) - traded in the Yeti for a new Scout.

I bought the previous two Yetis on PCP - well worth it in my opinion.

Now I have to wait on it being delivered...

Interesting how many Yeti owners are switching to Octavia's, me included.

Although I have to admit that I went from a MkII Octavia to the Yeti.

Ours was ordered last Friday!

It was touch and go - after six years of 2WD 110PS Yetis, I test drove a 150PS 4WD and was about to go for that when my wife said, "I like the look of the Octavia estate!"

Now with her approval and encouragement, we asked for a test drive ... then she started to add the options on as well!

Now we have more time on our hands we like to go touring, last year we took the Yeti down to the Black Forest, there was nothing wrong with it or the journey, we just think the Octy with the bigger boot and DSG will make for an even more relaxed drive.

I too did look at the Yeti as it was on the same deal, but felt the Octavia made sense due to the extra space (although also much more sporty).
