How's the old girl doing Rob, or should we just call her Snoozy Quattro now

It's looking that way ! Really need to get onto it but I've been spending time getting my house sorted out, and building a new relationship. :)
Also trying to save for my UK trip in December/Jan. How many quattro parts can I take back in a suitcase? :D

Back on its wheels at last!

  • Wento for a quick trip to the petrol station. Got sidetracked. I am loving this car! It sounds like it's gargling on the fuel not just drinking it, what an awesome sound!

A new relationship! Sorry Rob I didn't realise. Hope you're OK  There's more important things than cars

Yeah things have changed somewhat in the last 12 months - I separated from the wife of 15 years, bought her out of the house, managed to keep Rusty.

But I've met someone and am busy making that work ❤️

Hope it works out for you Rob. 👫

That would be the O-ring from the new water pump. :)

You can buy them separately from Audi - $10 ex-Auckland.

Ready to go when the new o-ring arrives tomorrow. Better clean up that surface a bit first.

An heir and a spare eh?

;)

You could try putting a small amount of silicone grease between your fingers and running the ring through it to enable it to seat and move without pinching when you refit it Rob.

Nice job on the leak finding, you're getting quite a skillset now

Scared to start the engine :D

We're getting close to a launch countdown now Rob
