Hello guys 😁 This is my car, a 2019 Sportline 4x4 2.0TDI with DSG and 190ps! I love this car, best one i ever had ;) I dont like the wheels thoug, so new ones are on their way! Original Kodiaq RS wheels, so I hope it fits the car better than the ones I have :) Going to do only small upgrades to the car; Lowering springs, «superskoda V2 front», darker windows and new wheels ;) Earlier i have removed emblems in the rear and mounted black Skoda emblems front/rear. 😁

I actually like the wheels but it's your car. However the tyres look too narrow for the wheels.

2nd that i also like your wheels too, and i often prefer oem to aftermarket but they do look nice!

Thanks guys! Have never changed them if I had a red/white/silver car, but on a black car, it wasnt a good match 😕 I was lucky with that one photo i think 😂

The tires are 245/35.20, but i should have had 255 🤔

@Sportlinenorway

Again I really like them, they would look far better if they were ½” narrower though.

Do you have DCC?

How does it ride on 20’s?

Thanks 😁 But it looks better on pictures i think 😬

Not DCC, and it rides smooth on 20’s 😁👌🏼

Are they 9J or 9.5J wide made the 245 tyres look skinny?:DAre they BBS as well?

New wheels 😍 Suits the car much better 👌🏼 Loweringsprings came in today, so i hope i have time to mount them tomorrow 🤩

Raise it a bit and add some black mouldings and you have yourself a SCOUT!

Seriously, those Octavia Xtrem wheels look very similar to the style of the new Superb SCOUT.

Out of interest, what tyres dimensions do you have on them? I thought they were only a 7.5inch rim running 225/35 R19...

Never going to be a option to raise it, and even less chance to see me mounting SCOUT plastic on a SPORTLINE 😂

Similar; yes, but still quite different if you look closely 👌🏼

And its Kodiaq RS wheels, not Octavia. 8x20" running 245/35.20 tires ;)

Looks great all the same mate!!!

We don't get the KODIAQ RS in OZ, so forgot about those wheels...😀

New toy here after having a 2016 2.0DSG diesel estate for the last 3 years I’ve gone to a 2019 1.5DSG SE L executive hatchback, I hope I don’t regret leaving the estate but I could not help myself buying a new toy

Sadly this is what my 20 month old Superb now looks like, my insurance company have just written it off.

A driver, travelling slowly, on the inside lane of the A9 decided he was going to to a right turn to go through  a gap in the central reservation without looking in his mirror as I was travelling at about 65mph in the outside lane.

The end result was 2 ambulances, 2 fire engines, 4 police cars and a 2 hour visit to the local A&E for my wife and myself. 🤕

Thanks, I bought the car through New Car Discount, I'm pretty sure it was supplied by Rainworth motors of Mansfield.

The safety devices in the car did their job, although the other half has a *lot* of bruising caused by the seat belt, I just feel as though I've been kicked in the chest by a horse.

Sorry to see this @Derek_Mac .....at least cars can be repaired/replaced...I'm glad you and your wife walked away.

Any follow up with the driver at fault, e.g; Police investigating?

I wish you both a speedy recovery

Sorry to see that - glad you're OK and walked away. Speedy recovery.

Good to see the car did what it was supposed to do.

The driver of the truck type transit pickup was charged with careless driving at the scene of the accident, there were quite a few witnesses to the accident who all gave statements. :)

In theory my insurers will replace the car with a new one of the same spec, I'm not holding my breath though.

Looking at the Skoda configurator I don't see any manual transmission diesels at the moment. 😞

Thanks, all the safety stuff did what it was meant to do. :)

The engineer who assessed the damage was quite impressed  by our lack of serious injuries, as were the traffic police.

Sorry to hear that @Derek_Mac but thanks for sharing - it's reassuring to see that the car does what it's supposed to (protect us and our loved ones) when things go wrong. Hopefully a replacement will be sourced as soon as possible and you and your good lady will be fully recovered even more quickly.
