    All fitted, all rattles and clonks gone. This Scale suspension is the shizzle. So well made its defintly worth the money. Damping set to halfway (6 clicks out of 12) Up on the ramps stripping everyt

    Fitted driveshafts and all bolted up. Wheels on and lowered to the floor. All intercooler pipework installed, just front bumper to chop up to fit.   Started it and it runs!!! WHOOOOOOO

So Quaife LSD is in the box and also a pinion support fitted.

Managed to get the box dropped out after alot of ****ing about. Wish i just dropped engine out at the same time, would have been easier [emoji849]

Gave up for today as my back is killing me.

    Didnt do much today. Tried on the new OZ see of they actually fit.. They do.

    Removed clutch but couldnt undo the flywheel bolts, need a bigger ugger dugger.

    Got the clutch and flywheel on tonight. Forgot to put the locating pins in to start with [emoji849]

    Then had to swap cups on the gearbox, then noticed the gearbox mounts are different. Think i'm going to have to grind the casing down 5mm. I'm not swapping the diff into my old box thats for sure.

    Hopefully wont be long. Need to get some milage on it before Bedford.

    My new super duper spark plugs and lower setpoint thermostat arrived, so will get them fitted whilst its in bits.

    Gearbox and everything is now in the car.. Just waiting on a clip to keep the hydraulic pipe in the gearbox. Theres always something!!

    Decided that the metal gearbox mount would require alot of cutting/welding to get it sat right. So insted i chopped up the gearbox [emoji85]

    Got my vibratechnics engine and gearbox mounts fitted. Jesus there is no movement!! I had to loosen them off to get the dogbone in.

    Tidied up the wiring so its now all tucked under the battery cover rather than up the strut.

    Wired up the heater fans to a switch tonight. I thought i had an ignition live but theres no power to it.. So need to investigate that tomorrow.

    Turns out the relay wasnt man enough to switch not a supply issue. All sorted and back together.

    Just need to tighten drive shaft bolts, fit air filter and fill up with coolant.. Then off for an MOT on wednesday [emoji12]

    Finally found a smooth rocker cover.. Got it cleaned up and blasted ready for paint. Unsure what colour to do it though.

    Tightened drive shaft bolts..

    Refitted radiator hose..

    Fitted air filter to silicone hose..

    Soaked it it boiling water for 10 mins. Made no difference [emoji23] eventually dot it on.

    Haha cheers dude. Hopefuly weather is ok so i can take it for a blast and get some miles on the clutch.
