When is it? I think its the weekend camping meet isnt it? But probably not anyway as i'm on track at Croft on Monday and my turbo is shot. So plan a full strip down before it goes to the 'ring in september.

  • Few parts to add to the list.. And new 'daily/drive to track day' wheels arrived. And fit :-) Then i've been to collect some of Bens parts he's no longer using on his Fabia.. Fibreglass boot,

  • All fitted, all rattles and clonks gone. This Scale suspension is the shizzle. So well made its defintly worth the money. Damping set to halfway (6 clicks out of 12) Up on the ramps stripping everyt

  • Fitted driveshafts and all bolted up. Wheels on and lowered to the floor. All intercooler pipework installed, just front bumper to chop up to fit.   Started it and it runs!!! WHOOOOOOO

Ended up with a new drive shaft.. Gonna replace the cv on the old one and have it as a spare.

Had to swarfega my hair last time I did a CV boot... don't try them on the car!

Took everything off and cleaned it, what a **** job.

Taking my hat off to you sir, just removing some CV grease from one of my wheels was a freaking pita! And that was just one wheel! :D

He was behind me for 2 laps and couldnt get past. I let him past and i stayed with him for 3 laps before i had my little encounter with the grass. He was in the garage next to us as said it was a good battle.. Cant wait for a bit more power [emoji41][emoji41]

So i got myself a vrs front bumper today. Decided that with my future plans i'll need good air flow so going to open it up and then repair/spray it etc.

Cold air feed from the fogs? Or keeping the fogs in?

Depending on how i run the pipework for the FMIC ill have it as an air feed, but wont be running fogs either way.

Ideally it'll be air feed passenger side and tow eye/strap drivers side. [emoji38]

Looking at the pictures I'd have been daft to throw that out. I never really looked at it properly after taking it out the boot of the vRS. Will look **** in granddad beige though... :P
