  • Few parts to add to the list.. And new 'daily/drive to track day' wheels arrived. And fit :-) Then i've been to collect some of Bens parts he's no longer using on his Fabia.. Fibreglass boot,

  • All fitted, all rattles and clonks gone. This Scale suspension is the shizzle. So well made its defintly worth the money. Damping set to halfway (6 clicks out of 12) Up on the ramps stripping everyt

  • Fitted driveshafts and all bolted up. Wheels on and lowered to the floor. All intercooler pipework installed, just front bumper to chop up to fit.   Started it and it runs!!! WHOOOOOOO

I don't feel lack of revs, especially on my car which hard limit cuts @ 5200, is a problem on track compared to a 1.8T

I guess the torque helps as well

This went very well at Bedford.

I was impressed, faster than a lot of the other cars.

Top work, it looked well balanced when following it.

Cheers Richard. I must admit it did feel good, bit like i said i just need track time in it to get used to it. Also first petrol in manual i've owned. Every other car has been diesel or DSG

Hoping to get a few bits done before my next track day. Need to sort the gearbox first though.

Footage?

Just a shame that last run knackered 3rd gear :( how is it now?
