Nice to see it sorted after that "one last run" at Bedford, are you going to Brands?

One last run. Pretty sure it was your fault [emoji38]

Got bored so thought i would sort out the stuf which is still boxed up from Bedford [emoji849]

Then got bored so decided to make a rear strut brace..

It fits so given it a quick coat of primer, ill paint it black tomorrow.

Then decided to remove the rear seat thing, mainly as it gets in the way when putting wheels in, correct tool for the job helps.. Except i cant get the used head off to replace with a new one [emoji23]

Proper ball ache getting the mounts out :), I've took the whole seat mount out on the sides with the triangular support to the floor :)

Ive left them in as i use them to secure wheels in when driving to the track. I can lean them up to the strut brace now too so wont move about, probably damage the paint on the strut brace but nevermind.

Humdrum mods are best ;)

Put the wheels on..

I thought i would try the 215/40 up front and 205/40 on the rear.

Well theyre too wide with the 15mm spacer on the front and catch the arches on every bump [emoji23]

Fitted my new stud conversion, makes life so much easier. Seapped 205/215 around but i just need a 3mm spacer rather than 15mm to clear the brakes. If it wasnt raining i would have just put a few washers in there, but put the spacer back on for today.

You get radius seat nuts ok? Sets I found only had tapered, mind you that was a fair while ago.

Think I will go this way the amount of times my wheels come off.

How does it work with wheels that need 'tuner' nuts though? (narrow holes)

You just get dufferent nuts i presume? Not sure

When is it? I think its the weekend camping meet isnt it? But probably not anyway as i'm on track at Croft on Monday and my turbo is shot. So plan a full strip down before it goes to the 'ring in september.

Tuner nuts aren't going to work with studs that long as they are closed at the end.
