New CV joint to replace the knackered one.

New boots on the other shaft as they had 'vent' holes which leaked grease on track.

Used metal cable ties on the boots so i could get them tight.

A few pics from Bedford on 2/12/16. Really good day, consistantly lapping at 3 mins dead. With a few under 3 and quickest was 2:57. Ive deleted all the laps which had a bit of traffic of cool down.

Nothing exciting..

Bored over xmas on nights at work. Managed to sort a tow strap as Javelin always make me take my foglight cover off.

Good day out at Blyton Park on Sunday. About 60/65 laps between me and my dad, ran with Rainsports all day due to the weather. I managed to overheat them in the rain but they held out well. Had to straight line 'the wiggler' twice due to sliding.

Few pictures from the day..

A few double/treble lap times for some reason and a few others deleted along the way. 1.24 was quickest lap which i didnt think was too bad in rain.

Allways getting its head kicked in haha

I like reading these build threads, all you people put so much passion into converting and modifying these fabias. And you help each other out if you hit a problem, keep up the good work.

IMG_8454.JPGGoing on a RR tomorrow at Regal Tuning in York. So thought i'd get the tracking sorted as it felt really bad..

feels better and doesnt try to pull wheeel from your arms.

thought i'd go for a nice drive, had some clunking when turning left. Thought the CV was on its way out so headed home. Pulled onto my drive and scraped my arch, thought thats a bit strange.

thought how can they have added 10mm to the wheel, then realised what the clunking was..

Some heat crazing on those wheels Phil! Always a sign of how hard you're using it.
