Hi. I've just checked the update portal and there seems to be a new map on there, ECE 2017, for my Columbus.

Has anyone tried this and confirmed it works?

False alarm, the download link on the portal does not work!!! ( server error 404 not found )

Amunsden update downloading now for me.

slowly... I'm on a 60mb fibre connection and it's struggling to top 400 KB/s.

Absolutely right Rifleman, I got 404 File Not Found as well. To upgrade to the new maps successfully look out for Andyvee's direct download link, that works a treat.
