He must have.

They switch off in menus, or if in Eco mode they are also switched off.

Cornering fog lights arew a cost (£125) option in the UK.

VCDS coding might well be possible.

Hi folks,

Would these Emblems fit the facelift?

I have the sports pack which added few black touches like mirror covers, boot lip spoiler, side decals etc.. Think these would go well. Are these easy to fit? How do you remove the existing ones?

Cheers,

Mick

I noticed today that the wipers now park if they're sweeping when the engine is turned off. It's something I activated on my pre-fl and suspected was already active on the fl after having a nosey around on OBDeleven. Nice touch.

A friend has just taken delivery of a FL SE Tech and it doesn't seem to have cornering lights (using the fog lights) can these be coded?

It is possible to code that additionally. I've done it with help of friend.

Could you help me finding number of part or some description of thing presented in attached photos?

It's some kind of mud protector or something? It's on rear axle of new Octavia VRS and also new Leon Cupra.

I think it's just part of the arch liner. It flares out at the top, presumably for spray reduction.

It's for MOT. With the larger wheels they slightly protrude...

VW EOS/CC used to have them.

They are only present on the FL and I believe are due to the wider track over the pre-FL. My pre-FL has the 19" wheels but doesn't have those.

They were damn hard to find as they are not pictured.

They are called 'Cross Panel' because that makes it really obvious what they are.  Priced at £8.40 inc vat each.

Just ordered a pair to see if they fit the pre FL.

Thanks! This is what I needed.

Please post some photos of this 'Cross Panels' when you get them.

And yours also has the arch "winglets" as above?

Certainly does. I'll try and grab a pic when I go out in a bit. Although the only reason I bought them was I saw another pic on here where someone else had fitted them to their FL.

That's good to know cheers. I'll order some up!

I realised this morning that the car didn't come with the handy L-shaped brackets used to secure boxes in the boot.

I saw them in a pre-FL test drive car, are they still standard issue?

Cheers,

Jamie

Mine has 1 built into the divider on the off side of the boot.

My pre FL didn't even have a divider there.

And this could have been a new octavia from the front:

Hi,

Long time lurker first time poster here! I will be getting my RS 169TSI Wagon delivered in the next 2 weeks and trying to get all the accessories now in anticipation of the car.

Glad that some confirmed that the mud flaps on SuperSkoda fits the RS despite being stated as not on the site.

Does anyone has any idea if the bumper protective panel above for the pre-FL RS will fit the facelift? Reason being I read from some reviews that the rear bumper has been revised slightly due to the wider track. Has anyone ordered and fitted one recently?

Based on my experience with liftback (I have FL and bought pre-FL rear bumber step) I would say there will be no problem. The difference is mostly with side shape of the bumber, not total shape. So, if you are struggling buying or not - just go for it. ;)
