Hi everyone, I love my Octavia VRS TDI and have up until now had only a few minor issues which have been sorted by my warranty.

 

Now the car is 3.5 years old I have an issue with my Auto Close function from the electric window controls. They function normally up and down but the Auto Open and Auto Close do not work on either of the windows.

Has anyone had the same issue and does anyone know a solution?

Maybe the battery has been disconnected at some point, the window motors need to relearn the process.

The manual explains how to do it, I think you roll the window down and hold the button down for several seconds....or Google it.
