Hi all, I've had a good look on here, and while there is a passing mention of wheel offset it was largely ignored in the discussion.

 

Older fabia use 5x100 6Jx15 ET43 wheels

Rapid takes 5x100 6Jx15 ET38 wheels

 

Would it be ok to use the fabia wheels on a rapid, I'm specifically thinking of using for winter wheels. They would sit 5mm further in towards the suspension, are there 5mm spacers available which would then correct the offset? Used Fabia wheels can be picked up easy so makes sense to use them!

A 5mm spacer would position the wheel in the arch in exactly the same place.
