Hava a look at the wires in the door bellow. They might be fractured and/or broken. Common fault fir mirrors and window faults but the locking system runs through them too!

The Fabia was equipped with a safety feature that the doors locked at around 10mph after driving away this sometimes gets confused and does random things if the system has a fault, most common was the drivers side rear door lock which can throw the whole system out of sync, but this usually shows up with the door staying open or locked when you unlock the car, if this is working ok like mine was I then took the drivers door panel off and checked the connections to the main lock unit which was slightly corroded so removed the plug cleaned the  contacts and used a smear of petroleum jelly and put back it together it's now working fine.
