Cruise Control

Featured Replies

Hi all,

After a bit of advice for fitting cruise control on my Fabia II 2012 Monte Carlo.

How can I find out if my steering module is set up for cruise control without connecting up VAG-COM? As I don't have VAG-COM :o

I've seen some YouTube videos of people installing cruise control but they all say you must check so see if your steering module is set-up for it before committing to buying the stalk.

Any advice much appreciated

...Might be worth chatting to your local main dealer. Alternatively, I think there's a forum somewhere here, that lists owners of VCDS who offer services for a reasonable price. Won't be too pricey and worth it either to say yes or no, so you won't waste extra beer tokens.

Search the site and I'm sure you will come across it.
