That's a different key fob from mine. See earlier photo?

Here's the type of key. The bit I never found is nearest the camera running along the three buttons.

Depending on which key you use when you start it the Maxidot in front of you reads "Driver 1, Driver 2 or Driver 3" and can alter the electric memory seats to your chosen position.

Yes I've never quite got that work. Quite glad as if I got in with my wife's key and the seat moved to her position I could be very uncomfortable. You can give the drivers their real names too.

Didn't want to complicate it too much for the 2 key brigade. Fortunately wife is 1.80m tall only 5cm less than me and her legs are longer than mine but we can both drive each others cars without resorting to moving the driver's seat every time. One of the many reasons I married her, car sharing convenience LOL.:x

You're right. The layout is similar though I think.

All the various driver configurable options are specific to which key you use too.

I thought 3-keys was only introduced with the personalisation option on recent model years?

My car only came with 2 keys when new.

However, if my car was supposed to have 3 keys, I would want to ensure that the 3rd key was removed from the system.

Otherwise anyone could arrive with the 3rd key & take your belongings or even drive the car away.
