Hello,

I have virtually given up on getting a used Mark Three Fabia estate at a price I can afford. So I have turned my attention to a used Roomster. There dont seem to be that many out there for sale . I am looking for a Mark Two, petrol. 1.2 TSI. 105 bhp, 15 plate. I am currently running a 2013 Mark Two Fabia TSI(85) estate.

 

 I know very little about Roomsters and would welcome any information and advice. In particular, when was the last registration? I have found a July 2015 reg, are there any later ones? I like the panaromic sunroof and would like to know if any models came with this as standard.  I know it isnt as quick at accelerating as a 105 bhp petrol Fabia estate, probably because its heavier and has a lower power to weight ratio? The petrol consumption isnt as good either but then it does have a 55 litre fuel tank so should have a range of 500 miles on a full tank?

The SE had the glass roof as standard on the face-lifted Roomster. The 105 TSi is actually pretty nippy in the manual and has better handling than the Fabia due to the independent rear suspension - the 105 TSi also gets disk brakes on all four wheels.
