Create free account, select Elsa Classic for ease of access / dropdown view for each section. Use Chrome or other browser which will automatically translate from Russian to English and you're lauging.

Only thing is that a banner pops up every few minutes for 10 seconds or so but won't kill you.

It's on ManualsLib (great site and app for all sorts of stuff). 

share the link to the same manual then as I cant find what I uploaded on there, ManualsLib is for PDF files mine is software based
