I have no idea what Software Train you have installed.

Usually you have to hold down your Menu/Setup button for 10 seconds to enter the hidden engineering menu, look around there and take picture if needed.

Ok thank you. when I press the menu button for 10 seconds, I have a tab to update but only via usb. should it be done via the USB-C under the car radio? is it possible to send me the latest update you have?

Without an idea of what is loaded... I cannot send any random file.

MU SW = 1790

 

Now we have your installed SW Train, you can see there is a minimal update.

This might not make things magically work, but you can apply update if you wish?

Unable to apply update! in the original menu it offers me no update. in the cachet menu when I click on update it asks me to make the update in usb..

No. I dont know where to get new versions.

 

I tried https://updateportal.skoda-auto.com/de-de with my FIN, but it doesn't find an update (what i cant believe).
