Hi... is there an software update?

20230829_145307.jpg

I'm probably a bit slow to the game but I found a site called MIB Solution which has the updates on it (I can see it mentioned in this thread now after searching).  Under the Skoda_ZR folder it lists the updates and the highest MU Version is 480.  I currently have 0369 installed, would it be safe to update to 0480?  Not sure as the modified dates are a bit out of sync.

Think I've sussed it now!  I'm on 03 version of the firmware so can only use those with that number.

Hello @pab567,

Long time lurker, first post here!

Picked up our latest addition to the family - a 2016 Yeti SE L with a Bolero infotainment system and I'd like to update it to the latest and greatest.......do you have a SW update for the following:

Lurking for a while and interested in doing an update as well:

Installed SW Train version:
MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0241T

Installed SW MU version:
0241

Part number:
5Q0035842A

Software version:
H25.14.35_STD2Plus_EU

I do have a few questions about doing the update that I can't really seem to get answered when searching, even though i'm sure the answers will be around somewhere,

I am wondering, since i've been reading up on doing a FW update yourself, can you safely ignore the error code B201A that seems to always happen due to a version mismatch?

And if you have smartlink (with carplay and android auto) activated with a license, will it remain that way after you update? I figure it will but i'd rather be safe. I do want to update to see if it resolves a minor issue i have using AA as it randomly crashes every now and then.

Thanks in advance!

There is no way to avoid SVM (Software Version Management) error and it can be cleared only with diagnostics using special procedure with checksum calculation.

If you have valid original licenses they will still be active.

All check your PM

Good morning in my multimedia there is no smart link there is no Car Play I want to update and open Green Money everything is closed there because it is the very first version Green Money only opens in a higher version that's why I want to make an update about the error or I will try to cancel it or I will leave it like that no  It really bothers me thanks

Your unit does NOT and will NOT support it, you must have both glove box and siplay unit replaced. If you are interested pls contact me on PM.

Understood, but the error doesn't interfere with anything when it comes to using the infotainment system from what i've managed to find, that's correct?

I didn't get a PM yet, I think it's version 253 I need based on what i can find and what i posted

Correct. PM resent.

Hi folks, just wondering if there's an update for this unit. Bolero in Octavia III 2013. Other details are included in the pic.
