Ah I see the error in your last picture.

Move that compressed file out of the USB stick.

The take all the files and folders you see listed, and place all into the ROOT of the USB drive, they should not be inside the folder Update Firmware Skoda Superb.

So once your have moved these files and the single metainfo2 text file into the root, you need to delete that folder.

The download link will probably be expired by tomorrow.

Format the drive

Extract files onto the "root" of the drive only.

Good morning,

Is there available any update for the attached software? Also I couldn't update the navigation card. Thank you!

Yes I can send in about 30 minutes as I need to package it.

Thank you very much. I hope that it will fix my problem 🙏

@varooom My head unit has EEPROM patch install which restores EEPROM data to original state so i can use it about 8 hours until CP activates then after restart i again have about 8 hours. Do you know is updating will break my patch?

It will either block the firmware update from being installed this patch, or the update will erase your patch.

So best decide if you wish to hack unit, though MIB Toolbox exists to assist (if the firmware is on supported list)

Have you got Developer mode activated in the unit?

Is it already running MIB Toolbox or similar?

It is original firmware without any modification except that EEPROM patch.

I have developer menu activated.

Can you enter the GEM (Green Engineering Menu) and show me a picture of what hack tool you are using.

There's an update to 0480 firmware (no it doesn't add features, it's for bug fixes/stability)  What you seek is added in one of two ways, pay a dealer a fair whack of money to enable it, or hack it yourself for free to enable things already baked into the firmware.

Thanks for that. Do you know how i can do it myself or maybe point me in the right direction?

I will PM you a link to the firmware, and let you know what's involved should you wish to try.
