Can you help me please with the update firmware.

I have Seat Arona.

Can someone fix the columbus unit has a stuck screen and only shows the logo and restarts after a while 🙄

@pab567 A question about wife's 2018 Fabia (MY17) it has what I assume is Bolero MIB2 (device 5Q0035842C, HW. H41; SW. 0468.) - is navigation from iPhone only displayed on MIB if connected via USB - or is it possible to connect wirelessly?

How shall we know what Software is in your unit? Take your time and wait until it's displayed...

Part number of your Columbus? Or at least a picture of a display with buttons...

Possible only with externa third party CarPlay wireless adapter.

Thanks Modzo! Any ideas on the difference between MU 0369 and MU 0480? I think that I will update to MU 0369 first and see what the results are!

No problem. I got error that metadata can't be read properly. I have updated to MU 0369 and could't see any changes yet. I will try to update to MU 0480 later today and will give you feedback 👌

Hi Modzo! I was not expecting any physical changes, just an idea of any bugs they might have cleared. I updated to MU 0369 last night and the only thing I noticed was that before I could not work out how to clear the previous owners phones but now it was easy.

I talked with someone as well and as I understood skoda won't publish fixes and so on.  You will just get an update and that is it. Well I hope the MU0480 will bring some good changes and fixes. Because it looks like a huge hop forward with numbers in version.

I bought a used skoda kodiaq, so I am new to the space.
I would like to firmeware upgrade my radio/nav. I am not 100% sure, but I think I have an Amundsen MIB2.
In the attachment a picture of the radio and the system infos.

Can anyone comfirm the Amundsen MIB2?
ANd how and where can I find an update for the radio..any help is welcome.

To get full model number i think you need to hold menu button for 5 seconds until it goes to service menu. After that press on firmware and you will see model number. After that go to https://mib-helper.com/ and type the model number there to find out if there is any updates. If there is so folow this video guide

What kind of error do you get ? 
skoda wasn't good at all to post what they fixed or what they added
