Skoda felicia overheating problem

Factory installed AC has dual thermoswitch - 95°C for slow speed, 102°C for high speed, independetnt on AC which switches fan based on operation and pressure.

When you turn on the a/c the fan is spinning on the 1st (slow) scale or the 2nd (fast) ?

When you start the car and after few minutes the fan starts due to heating it spins on the 1st scale?

As long as ac is on when the car or the ac condenser is cold the fan spins slowly

Once it gets hot it spins really fast and never get colder but overheats pretty quickly

But on the high way at a hot day and 140km\h it never overheats it gets cooler actually

The way the thermostat works is quite weird.
My ac has the option to kick the fan in speed two independant of the coolant temp.
Yet again the coolant DIRECTLY controls speed 2.
If it was retrofitted that way I do not know.
All I know is that I got the car that way.
It works and very good shall I say so I dont plan to change.
The only thing I want to know is if the AC should have control over both fan speeds.

What exactly what i have

I know the disadvantages of a removed thermostat

****y fuel economy

More engine wear

**** you catalytic converter

And

More carbon build up

But i dont want to install it till i know that the cooling system is 100% healthy

That is for sure,on the Highway (National Road called here) you have no problems but when the traffic starts the temperature rises very fast.

Moving at high speed can deceive you that there is no problem,i have face it in the past twice, the second was when i was in a mountain route when everything was looking fine (the problem existed but i couldn't see it because the indication on the gauge was below 90 'C due to cold weather) but when i reached the city and the traffic began the problem occurred and panicked me.

One month ago you suddenly felt the unneeded urge to reply to a 5 year old post without having a basic understanding of PCV.

I will not bother myself answering to your innuendo. You don't want to learn anything. You just want to stir trouble.

Learn the basics, this is  @Mohamedelbna thread and don't ruin it with flame posts. I have my car for 20 years driving it 5-6 days per week and has more value than you.

Keep your attitude when you car is broke or when the Life "turns the card" for you.

After that annoying interference let's turn back to the thread, so @Mohamedelbna any good news from your car?

Rest assured. I have nothing against somebody who is so obsessed of his car as if it is his girlfriend. A good psychiatrist would know how to schedule his anger management therapy.

I'm sure it won't come to that but if it does, then I'll be the winner! :bandit:

On that note, we can call an official truce and normality will continue.

Some guys have life only via their computer, without it are nothing and any internet connection failure turn them to psychotropic drugs.

By the way @Mohamedelbana have you ever though to install an electric fan?

So some it's OK some say NO.

So i installed the elantra fan its much much stronger but still have the same issue

At high way speeds like 150 160 km/h the engine is cool even with ac is on any open road engine is great and no overheating

But at the city its the same problem but it didn't get to redline its just a smidge over 90 then i get afraid and shut down the engine

When i open the reservoir the water gets out

Alot of it then i top it off and go stays some time at 90 then gets higher and repeat

I think i have air in the system

Why open it? You want to lose coolant and get burned?

No. The cooling capacity is not enough.

I open it cuz when i feel the fan with me hand its just warm air when i release some pressure the air gets very very hot

So what is the solution?

Has the operation of the coolant pump been established as being OK? (Forgive me please for not going back right through this thread to see if this has been discussed)..
