The RS I think only comes in one diesel, 2.0 200bhp. I ordered from the guys in Pilsen.

ordered in england may 20th 21,i have had numerous delivery dates and build dates,mind last delivery  update is  04/03/22 and i got that date middle of november .up to now it as. not changed but am not bothered because i have a 3 month short term lease car  and dont want it earlier with the 22 plates due to come out shortly.

just a footnote first delivery date was 24 september21.

Your delivery is completing the dismantling of the  hypothesis around here that diesel orders are pushed backward due to pollution quotas to be met by the VAG group. We've now seen all the scenarios: TSIs, TDIs and IVs being delivered either very late or quite soon on all sides of the old continent. It no longer seems to be a matter of East-West or TSI-TDI discrepancy, or even further - a matter of more options vs. less options... I can only imagine they organise from time to time at Skoda HQ, a behind-closed-doors lottery to decide the happy clients that will receive their cars the next month...

It could be due to the fact that I had ordered 6 x Karoqs sportlines for my job but due to Skoda discontinuing  the current model and bringing the 2022 model forward they wouldn’t have arrived until may/June.. they probably thought I better get him the RS quickly 😬😬 

had to get the guys Qashqais instead which arrived in 2 months 😳

Yeah this shows that Skoda's order/delivery system is sheit Some countries probably have quite some slots like UK and get things done like they should.

 

Guys do you think because i order estate Sportline 4x4 it may take longer than if i order with out 4x4?

 

@SkOmk42021's Emissions is so last year.

This is a bright new world for the VW Group who now have more partner manufacturer that can assist in the kidology of emissions.

The VW Group can get some of the higher polluters First Registered again in the EU & in the UK. 

 

VW UK, SEAT, Audi, Skoda UK will know exactly what the total emissions of are all the vehicles they bring into the UK in 2021,

they knew just what was being First Registered just as the SMMT & the DfT / HMRC does. 

just as VW Group does in Ireland and the rest of the EU.

They can have millions of Euro in fines if the got it wrong in 2021 like they did in 2020.

what colour did you order ?

Someone who lives 5 doors up from me had a blue VRS iV estate delivered today. I collared the delivery guy when he was dropping it off, he didn’t know when they ordered it so I’ll make sure i loiter around so i can “accidentally” bump into them and interrogate them😄

Lithuanian version of the RS, extras: heated windscreen, wireless charger, double glazed front windows, Canton.

Came with software version 1889, everything works flawlessly so far.

Graphite grey is a wild colour, inside it looks grey, but on a gloomy day outside it looks totally blueish grey like quartz grey. I even got confused after I left the dealership, stopped at a gas station, got out of my car and the colour was so different 🤣

I am using this forum for the first time, but I've been long following the topic for a while. I purchased an Octavia in Bulgaria on the 8th of July. I was contactacted Today from the dealer, the car is on its way.

So I went by the dealer today to ask what's up. At least in Finland the expected delivery time is around a year. For my August order I was told to expect if after the summer.

 

What was interesting is that dealer mentioned that delivery time doesn't seem to matter on the particular components anymore. However liftbacks were going out much slower than wagons. Go figure.

how much extra option did you select. and which Vrs or normal ?

I ordered my Octavia VRS Wagon (U.K.) on January 2nd 2022. Dealer told me around a 40 week wait, he told me it didn’t matter on options and he had seen VRSs turning up faster than other spec models. 
 

I’ve gone for reverse cam, front winter pack and DCC. Going from a 7.5 Golf GTI and this will be my first Skoda. Got my first little one due end of feb so after reading this thread I looking toward to getting the car right around my kids 18th birthday 😂
