Audi wheels on Skoda Superb

Recommended Posts

Hi, I've found a great deal on these Audi wheels for my Skoda Superb 2017. My original wheels are 8x18 with ET 41 I think (pegasus wheels)

These Audi wheels are 8x19 ET35, 5x112, 57,1 mm

I think they will fit, only thing is that it would be like having 6mm spacers on all wheels, which will make the car look even better IMO.

Has anyone similar spec wheels on their superb to see how they fit?

Thanks!

The factory 19s that r available on the Superb r 8.0J x 19“ ET44.

Hence the same size with an ET35 will stick out 9mm more.

Compared to ur current setup, the Audi wheels will stick out 6mm.

Thanks, I just did a bit of research and mine are also ET44, so they will stick out 9 mm. Will they scrub anywhere?

U will have no scrubbing at all with the ET35.

I've put 15mm spacers on my 8x19 ET44 and they were fine.

245/40R19 seem quite a popular change from the standard 235/40R19.

245/40R19 are a cheaper size, offer a little more rim protection from pothole damage and kerbing damage, and should be a little more comfortable.

If people are using the standard 235/40R19 with 15mm spacers without rubbing, you shouldn't have any rubbing with 245/40R19 on those 8Jx19 ET35 rims.

245/40R19 is even listed as a Skoda approved alternative to 235/40R19 on the Karoq 4WD, as it's shown in Skoda's alloy wheel catalogue.

excuse for my limited English, but why "out" instead "in"?

This explains it quite well.

sorry, weren't able find explanation.

question were, why@Txmax said "out" when compared ET44 vs ET35, while last one sends rims in

The further the number from zero, the greater the offset. Most modern cars have positive offset so a higher number pushes it further under the car. Thus a lower number (towards zero offset from the center line) brings it out.

isn't contrary?

It certainly seems so if people say that, say, ET45 is "more offset" than ET35. If they said the higher number was "more inset" it would be clearer.
