The problem was with the clock spring, issue with open circuit (291136). I replaced it with a spare one and now it heats. Maybe it will be useful to someone.

Hi, I have a 2019 Octavia Scout and would like to change to the Mk4 flat heated steering wheel.

My steering wheel is heated on my mk3.

Would it be a straight swap for the flat heated steering wheel on the mk4.
