Almost a month after I disconnected the Skoda infotainment from my iPhone CarPlay, everything is OK—no volume issues. Temperatures were over 35+ for the whole of August. I will now connect Skoda to my iPhone and see whether the issue returns over the next few days. If the issue appears, then it is a software bug/glitch with Skoda infotainment and Apple CarPlay.

Hello, I made a solution for this kind of issue and also made a short movie how to fix touch panel under the black panel which is under the display

if you have problems with self clicking or volume goes up or down all the time - this is the solution. Sometimes when on/off button is self clicking all the time - unit keeps rebooting as well.

Hi, I will make ebay auction for it asap and let you know. that touch panel was made by me. works great, already repaired 50 pieces of that radio in octavia 4. The problem is gone.
