i finally managed to put a deposit down on a limted edition one this morning at my local dealer.

salesman has said that they get they chance of havin 10 of them!

thought the total price was spot on.

Follow the link, then choose fabia, then choose 07 Fabia hatchback, then choose special edition. It brings up the wrong picture, but on the tool bar 2nd block is options, click that and there they are !

Anyone know if these have ESP as standard?

It may well do.

But the reality is that the cars are already built under build in the next couple of weeks.

No factory options can be specified whatsoever.

An option was considered to have the car built in two different specs (one with an 'enhanced' spec) but this was decided against.

Another great marketing plan from SUK, no xenons (or option for it), leather without seat heaters, no esp, but but but it's in a shiny blue..... niiiiice :rofl:

The pic of the blue one from CZ had Xenons though, and a leather interior similar to a "jeans Beetle".

Looks like a missed opportunity for a good run out model, not fully speccing them up or allowing people to put their own options on. I would have talked the Mrs into getting one but not with the options included:)

I think you may be disappointed at the rate these are currently selling at.

I'd be pretty confident that these will all be sold before the first one is on the road.

when I ordered mine yesterday, the dealer said they were so sure of demand for the 6-8 they'll get, that they are seriously considering not doing any trade-ins if someone wants a Ltd Ed.

Ordered mine today - can't wait to pick it up.

I've not given a preference yet, but have a fortnight to do so, as the order doesn;t get placed unti mid-March. I suppose 130 might be popular.
