It would be dangerous tying to read a map and drive. Or it would take forever to stop and check it every 5 seconds. I tend to just write a list of everywhere I need to turn off and that usually works. To be fair it's entirely possible I WOULD get there on my own, or very close and just miss a turning if it's random lanes. I just don't like the idea of driving off for two hours on my own not really knowing where I am going or how to get there. Even if I HAD sat nav I would rather not be alone because I have a fear of ending up lost in the middle of nowhere. So, I'm sorry if this seems some big issue for some people to grasp and thankyou to those who have offered to convoy with me. Thats all I want.

Well I'm just getting slightly fed up of people going on and on and taking the p1ss. I have a fear of the unkonwn and feel uncomfortable trying to find somewhere that I haven't a clue how to get to on my own. If I'd been 5 times before and knew the route I would feel happy and quite happily go myself. I just have very little faith in myself. My maths teacher always used to say that about me too thinking about it :confused: lol

i will be setting off from my place around 4pm after work so i will prob be there around 4.30-4.45 depending on traffic simon.

im sure enough of us will have walkie talkies with us so if anyone gets into trouble (and youre within a mile radius) we be able to communicate, find you and help!!
