  • Yeh well it is 100% FINISHED now pics coming later my friend

  • I think it gives the car a kind of wipe clean / latex rubber S&M look....a kind of dungeon b!tch of a car. I think a black bonnet bra with a large rubber ball at the front would work too. Will yo

  • Quick pic update now I've bought myself a new camera:

If you havent done any wrapping before then you have done a damm good job. Vinyl wrapping is an art to be appreciated.

You can wrap your alloys too, which allows them to go back to standard rather than powder coating.

liking that already

Very gud job pal looks like you should start a new career or side line job.

Hi All

I like that - very nice finish.

You made a really good job of that mate.

Cheers

Dave

Not for me, however can't fault your workmanship

Nice, no wot I mean 'arry

Looks interesting, would love to see the pics when its finished!

That looks epic.

Leave the rear spoiler off.

Cheers guys. I've not done it before, so I am quite happy how it has all turned out. I certainly wouldn't like to do it again nor pay to have it done. To have it done professionally would be £1800 for a car this size - I've done it myself for less than £500, so it was worth having a go.

Ace!

But I reckon it'd look even better with the rear spoiler on.

Add a light tint to the rear glass and it'll look like Kit off Knightrider

About time you posted up, when you sent me the pictures I thought it looks good, brave man to tacle it by yourself but looks proper stealth , fair play to you Harry , AWESOME B)

Just a thought.

How does this stand legally? The car is registered as either a silver or grey car, now it's black!

That means the DVLA records are incorrect and that could possibly invalidate your RFL & Insurance, as the car that they apply to doesn't exist, as it's black, not silver or grey! It could also attract the attention of the local traffic cops when you drive by one as their cars are all fitted with ANPR.

Like I said just a thought.

Because vinyl is classed as a temporary colour change, the DVLA do not need to be notified. However, I totally agree with you about the police and ANPR, and I am likely to get pulled for it if I pass a traffic officer. It's all perfectly legal, otherwise people wouldn't do it :)

Awesome. Have seen it coming along on Facebook as well. It's harder than it looks isn't it!

Good work, especially not having done it before.

Not feeling the look though!

I think it's very marmite. Personally I love it. Thanks for all the comments

The last thing I saw like that was a :peek:

Rolls Royce Phantom Coupe!!!!!!

Both look good

Having pondered... what's happening with the wheels?

WOW that is a stunning job, The car looks like something out of MAD MAX, Considering this is your first time, I think its a first class job.

Needs a Gold Stripe :giggle: Gold Wheels

A JPS Hatch Back

Well done, great job!

I think it look's brilliant......

Harry, as you know I've been following the progress of project matte black wrap on face bovvered, and as anticipated the 'almost' finished article is rather special, as has already been mentioned epic!!!

I think you have done an incredible job of the wrapping and I take my hat off to you for having the balls to undertake a project of this scale..........

Although you have managed to do the job for a third of the price, £500 is still a massive wedge that you could be put towards, AP Coilovers, 19" R8 reps, a custom twin stacked exhaust system or even a K04 conversion!

Really looking forward to pictures of the completed Stealth Skud!!

Incidently, I still think you should tint the headlights! :p

It looks awesome! And LOVE the exhaust! Great! :D

Absolutely fantastic :-)

Good job.
