  1. I have use in the past this: Motul 300v Power Synthetic Car Oil 5W-40 100% synthetic racing engine oil based on ESTER Core technology Improves the performance of latest generation engines Resistance to time and high temperatures The acoustic result from the engine was like rattle snake.
  2. https://www.ravenol-direct.uk/ravenol-hve-10w-50-engine-oil.html Ester oil and High mileage oil match?
  3. Unfortunately another ''hit and run'' incident to my Trusty. A white colour vehicle make reverse, hit my car while it was parked and run away. The majority of insurances here have the ''bonus malus protection'' which means you have no consequences if you hit a bit another car, there will be no penalty in the fees. So why he didn't left his license number or even a telephone? Because he was a local with very low insurance coverage or an non-local with no papers at all.
  4. For me these are exaggerations. and this one
  5. Like this? https://www.alifragis.com.gr/thumbnails/46/1/fpgal_14310/fit/0/255.255.255/1000x1000/1467610199_0.jpg/format.webp Always hate them.
  6. Something like this? https://mycar.gr/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/product_35395-1.jpg
  7. This is a patent that i have made for that speaker's tray so wont produce noise in bumpy roads. An Ω shape rubber stripes in both sides.
  8. As we speaking about noise: in the past i had that tray 'fixed'' together with the plastic parts with magnets, the tray was very stable and no noise coming from the up and down movement in road bumbers but there was a problem. Many times when i was in a hurry to load the trunk (and having forgot that the tray is not lifting via plastic cordes) i hit my forehead on it while bending with luggage in hand. Embarrasing...
  9. I have tested in the past to have that ''speakers tray'' fixed, saved me from the noise while bouncinhg in rough roads but i had problem loading laggages in the trunk so i abandon this. The original pair of the plastic holders broke after some years and i have made a patent with black naylon cordes but i have found them in a CZ store and bought 2 sets.
  10. I don't know what to do with this part, i don't know it's name in english because here in GR we call it ''etajera'' because many auto terms are a ''loan'' from France because we had relationship in the first years that cars came (and we assembly) here back in 1910. This is a photo from internet. and looks naked and bad.
  11. I haven't give up trying to find a solution. I will try to take some benefit from the gap that there is in the factory hood. I bought a activated carbon cabin filter from Comline (UK product) to replace the factory sponge filter that i have. My main problem is that in case of getting wet takes long time to get dry and i have bad smell inside the cabin plus the windshield gets foggy. For sure that solution isn't like a factory cabin filter that other cars have but it's better than the one that i have although some drivers here have have removed the sponge completely and have it ''free''. This is unacceptable for me because i have issues here with tree leaves, dog-cat bristles etc as i have shown in previous pictures.
  12. I have the same issue with mine. My car is legitimate, bought new from an Official Skoda dealer but the VIN practically does not help me at all trying to find parts.
  13. Here as they look now. Not quality photos but you can take an idea, the ''duo tone'' i think adds something more, i think i won (AGAIN) the @Thefeliciahacker car in interior decoration. 😁
  14. My next project will be something like this with a small modification.
  15. Here are the new speakers, was a ''plug and play'' task. The painted mesh is ready, i will install them to.
  16. I said it because i have seen it here in Greece with a similar gear from Mercedes. The mechanic itself show this to camera, he said "i couldb't find it so i 3D print it". Examples: https://www.printables.com/model/296204-rc-car-gear https://www.printables.com/model/20217-childrens-electric-car-plastic-gear-gearbox-550/remixes You can order printing in ABS plastic or metal.
  17. To do what? The led indicator for the radiator fan has nothing to do with the headlights.
  18. No, here is the proof with photos. https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/493532-skoda-felicia-hood-scoop/page/4/#findComment-5762486
  19. My first thought would be to call a locksmith or go the whole mechanism to him to remove the broken part of the key and with the spare (that every driver keeps in house) to make a copy. Now he has one new key for engine start and the 2nd factory key for lock-unlock the doors and for the trunk, fuel cap.
  20. Since worked as it should be (as @Storrum said) the connections must be right but something happened, maybe a connection is loose or a wire is cut and now touching another one etc. A switch removal and a new inspection must be done from an electrician for proper connectivity and let's hope that the replacment switch isn't a cheap like VIKA, otherwise i would blame it.
  21. Preparation and painting, 2 layers. Next is installation and photos while they are on the panel.
  22. Here are my new front speakers. https://www.soundoftristate.com/hertz-dcx130-3 2-way 13cm coaxial speakers 40W RMS power handling (80W peak) High Density flux ferrite magnet Water repellent pressed paper cone woofer Neodymium magnet Mylar dome tweeter Frequency response: 60-21kHz Impendence: 4-ohms Sensitivity: 91 dB/Spl Outer diameter: 130mm Mounting hole diameter: 119mm Mounting depth: 52mm
  23. In a local store (you have to order it), you can check also in Cz stores although it's difficult in translation. From another Felicia as donor?
  24. A diagramme would help far more, before few years in a Skoda forum a member had made a scheme for this but the forum closed at 2023 and i don't think i can find it. It's very helpful to have and indication when the fan is On and Off, may prevent a disaster.
  25. Original here has 46,69 € while the JP Group has 14,61 € MAPCO has 14,86 €
