No, it does not support SmartLInk. The update just fixes some bugs, no new features.

@Hightower200 MIB2 units don't support OTA update. @Oli pls post model number and current SW version of your unit. All check your PMs.

No - at least I don;t know anou any newer than 0480.

First you have to install MIB STD2 Toolbox, then use it to patch swdownload, then flash with 0480, then install MIB SDT2 Toolbox again and finally use MIB STD2 Toolbox to enable whatever you need.

Possible from SD but only for units with OEM navigation. Fo non-navigation ones it has to be dismantled, open and soldered.

@nekas I sent you download link in PM. What is part number of your unit? If you have Bolero (version without OEM sat nav) you will NOT be able to activate SmartLink without opening and soldering glove box unit.
