Some guys can get it from Skoda database, search on ebay or contact your Skoda dealer (you might need VIN of the donor car)

@EdK I sent you link to MST2_EU_SE_ZR_P0253T via PM. Android Auto and Apple CarPlay can be activated bu authorized Skoda dealer or the unit can be hacked however this requires unit to be open and soldered as some files in EMMC must be patched.

Are you located inside EU?

You don't have CANTON which means that probably your unit is affected with typical HW issue of dry joints in power amplifier chips. The repair is quite easy - in 95% of the cases it's enough to have power amplifier chips resoldered.

@jimmyw147 do you have CANTON soun dsystem in your car? If you don;t know then pls share VIN.

I beleive you turned the ignition on while PASSENGER AIRBAG light below the radio was removed, the only way to clear the error now is to have it connected again and have faults cleared with some diagnostics tool, e.g. VCDS

You hae simplified Bolero unit with DAB, part number 5Q0035820. With this ersion it's NOT possible to have Apple CarPlay neither Android Auto, you must have tit replaced either with Bolero 5Q0035842x / 656035842 or Amundsen 5Q0035874x / 565035874. If you are interested in such retrofitting pls contact me on PM.

You have Swing model number 6V0 035 869 H, the only possibility I know for this unit to activate SmartLink is to visit your Skoda dealer 😞

I have NEVER seen any frimware updates fo SKODA SOP3 PQ units, @KATV pls share the link for MST2_EU_SK_PQ_P0369T so I can x-check it.

The only option I know is to replace it with Bolero or Amundsen unit and have it patched. Required budget is approx. 450-500 EUR for Bolero and approx. 600 EUR for Amundsen.
