  1. Part numbers only difference is between the normal seat/VRs & leather not handed so a passenger side will fit the drivers side https://skoda.7zap.com/en/cz/fabia/fab/2005-453/8/881-881004/#29
  2. Al-Ko have a new caravan/trailer chassis coming to help EV's https://www.alko-tech.com/uk/next-generation-trailer-platform
  3. There might be a sticker on the cambelt cover or in the spare wheel area there should be a build sticker with the engine, gearbox, paint code and PR codes, the same sticker can be found in the service book as well, you really need this to ensure you get the correct cambelt kit
  4. What engine code do you have ? ( engine serial number on logbook first set of letters is the code) Looking at the manual for the BWA code engine, the only locking pin required is for the Aux belt tensioner and normally a 1/8" drill bit works ok
  5. Go onto this site https://erwin.skoda-auto.cz/erwin/showHome.do for I think it's 7 €uros you get an hours access and you can download all the information you want as PDFs
  6. Do you have the towing package ? if so you could get an ignition ON supply at the towing detection unit
  7. Yes Pin 2 👍 a quick fix to pass the ETC just tee into the White wire on pin2 and put a blue light/bulb between the speedo unit and the dash surround ??
  8. The feed for the warning light is teed into the left headlight main beam so if the main beam is working there should be a supply to the speedo (32 pin connector pin # 14) so nothing to do with the stalk
  9. An interesting read on "what if Hamilton hadn't had the collision" https://www.motorsport.com/f1/news/analysis-did-hamilton-have-the-pace-to-win-spanish-gp/10309621/?utm_source=English Newsletter Edition&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=US_MS_20220523_WeeklyNewsletter (VGRD3F)&_kx=t0G8BJgVuwPLZEHsURXwXmx_GGeMq4JK1dMg-rzktuhInchPrpERLaU3rpnuFSV-.WA7V6T I wonder how long Checo will play the team game after all every driver wants to win ??
  10. It's a used part but should be a genuine part and there are plenty of genuine used one on eBay most under £40
  11. https://www.stevensvwspares.com/vw-polo-engine-parts/vw-polo-6r-secondary-water-pump-6r0-965-561-a#specifications
  12. I had a feeling you would say it was an aftermarket part, unfortunately you get what you pay for, tbh I would see if there are any used ones on ebay that offer a warranty or try these guys https://www.stevensvwspares.com/ as the part is common across VAG cars
  13. Where did you get the replacement pump from ? as there is very little in the circuit just the supply from fuse 29, a ground wire and a signal direct from the ECU
  14. I wonder if the mounting lugs on the controller have been lengthened for more reliability and that's why they include new bolts ??
  15. Are you getting any other fault codes flagged up ? as looking further at the wiring diagrams that fuse #29 also supplies the turbo control valve & the EGR valve so if that fuse has blown I would expect more fault codes to be shown ?
  16. Google search on 0CQ598554 does show it as the control unit ?
  17. 7zap doesn't mention suffix's https://skoda.7zap.com/en/cz/octavia/oct/2015-753/5/525-525015/ ??
  18. I use a NOCO Genius 10 for my AGM in my Treg
  19. Try these https://www.sgs-engineering.com/gsc2954-skoda-octavia-tailgate-strut
  20. From memory all the diagnostic "K" wires are spliced together behind the AC control panel area, might pay to check nothing has been disturbed in that area
