  1. Watching with great intent, DM. Seems like my wee yin could benefit from such a thing, if I can find it.
  2. One thing I've noticed with W11, I no longer get a little thing beside the volume control on the screen to tell me that Spotify is running/not running, or which track is playing.
  3. Aye them. I'm not a fan compared to the old shape ones.
  4. Was it the bleh looking Primera, AKA the last one?
  5. Private plates with posh plate holders are finally on...
  6. Hello and welcome to Briskoda! Enjoy the forums.
  7. Hello and welcome to Briskoda! Enjoy the forums and your Octavia.
  8. You're a brave man getting that close to those swans... what, you're telling me it's a zoom lens?!
  9. Yep, it's the location that makes it... "fun".
  10. Doors don't seem to be leaking but shall check again tomorrow. The plenum is a good shout as well, haven't checked there. Thanks
  11. It's probably needing done from the last time I checked. It's on the to-do at the "big" service in April, or when it gets to 60k. I don't either since I can't stand being too warm, I tend to adjust the heating to my liking as I go on my journey. I've also had a damp trap sitting in one of the back seat pockets, damn good job it did.
  12. Thank you for your advice. This is the first car I've ever experienced it on. I could do with giving the screen a clean for a start and was told about things retaining moisture, so I'll report back in a few days.
  13. Honestly, it would be an improvement from blancmange mode currently, Lee. I'm just getting a local independent to fit mine since I don't have the workspace, first and foremost, for a job like that. In regards to the OP, if the it fits in terms of those bushes then go for it.
  14. Cheers Ken. Usually it is just left on what I have as my "default", being set on bloody baltic, 2, windscreen and floor mode.
  15. Also interested, in case anyone has information, or statistics. However, please make it into something yummy, like a pie chart.
  16. Should put another one down my way then, that's the something or other-th time that we've either had our bin returned or I've had to fish it out of a hedge. Took 'em like a king.
  17. Okay, I'm going to try taking the blanket out the back (DIY seat cover for the Spaniel) to see if it's retaining moisture.
  18. I feel like this video summarises this in the best way... advice please lads and lady lads? 20220105_175501.mp4
  19. I've got PSB bushes waiting to go on my 1.2 petrol and will report back with my thoughts on them, if need be.
  20. Such as with the Mk1 Octy AFAIK, where you'd have to be very careful (if you're able to remove/get to the parts) not to break or damage anything.
  21. Hello and welcome to Briskoda! Hope you're enjoying your Skoda.
  22. Same torque as the 1.4 16v petrols I believe. There's a way to reset the service warning light that I tried to follow from the internet but in the end I just messed about with things until it worked.
  23. Hello and welcome to Briskoda. I hope you enjoy the forums and find the hacks for your infotainment thingy too.
  24. Howdy and welcome to Briskoda! Enjoy the forums and the Octavia.
  25. Very, the blizzard I faced outside would agree with that. I'll keep it up until there's a time where I don't get hypothermia doing an odd job on the car... so I may need a few decades for global warming to kick in.
