Ac unit. From manual to climatronic
No, for it to work correctly you need to completely replace the heater box and wiring. Your car has single zone climate, the climatronic has dual zone, even with a adapter harness that people fit instead of doing the job properly, the second zone wouldn’t work and your car would be left with fault codes

Rear hatch lock issue?
The switch or the latch? Does the external boot switch work? Does holding the boot button on the key work?

Source of fault free Columbus touchscreen replacement
If you want one in new condition, the only thing that will do is a brand new one. Skoda or another OE parts supplier is what you require

Move Steering Wheel
Wouldn’t know sorry and wouldn’t be 100% it’s that without a full diagnosis. But if it was something like that I’d personally be charging just under £400 for all parts including stretch bolts, immobiliser reprogramming and replacement of the unit. But my prices will differ to a dealer or whoever else - I’m in north London which isn’t much help to you with a car that won’t move! Also remember that when the immobiliser is reprogrammed all vehicle keys need to be present or the ones that aren’t present will stop working.

Panoramic sunroof seal
Ah okay they’re replacing the 2 individual glass piece seals opposed to the complete one that runs the entire way round the frame by the sounds of it. still a pain to do, front is done by just putting the glass into a position and rear is done by unbolting and doing it off the car.

Move Steering Wheel
You have to remove the steering column completely from the vehicle. unbolt the part and press a small pin out to remove the motor and pin setup. the part needs coding with Odis as its security related. 3Q0905861 Before Jan 2018 3Q0905861B After Jan 2018 New the part is roughly £150 and I’m not sure if it’s a reprogrammable part or a one time program to the immobiliser system

Move Steering Wheel
This warning comes up when the steering lock pin is slightly jammed normally by the steering column being pushed up against the pin tight. a small wobble of the wheel is enough to clear it. if it doesn’t clean or unlock the column then the car will need further diagnosis by removing the column lock pin and motor and seeing what is binding it up causing high resistance on the pin. as a safety feature the car won’t start unless the column is 100% unlocked.

MY17 Superb SLA Headlights Upgrade - Help
What is the part numbers for the camera you have fitted? Is it 5q0, 3q0 or 2q0? @Nudelsuppe Also why do you keep updating the software of 4B, and how sure are you that the dataset you are using is compatible with that software version? newer isn’t always best and not always compatible?

Swapping front & rear wheels over issues?
There are no sensors that sense wheels. You have rotation sensors called abs or wheel speed sensors. but the wheels themselves are not unique to a corner. just reset the tpms system once the swap is done

Frozen windscreen washer jets retro fit heated ?
Yes it can be retrofitted. 2 new washer jets (genuine are £20 each) a ground wire, a power wire running into the cabin to the bcm and a single adaption change in the bcm. easy in theory but running the wires neatly inside the car can be a bit time consuming

Panoramic sunroof seal
Just looking at the manual this seal is secured with adhesive to the inside edge and the entire sunroof mechanism needs to be lowered from the roof to do it! good luck with that one DIY but if you do, make sure to give it a full clean and regrease where required! and if you do diy it, can you take a million photos of the inside of the roof and all stages (I’m still weighing up a sunroof retrofit (crazy I know))
