Likely nothing wrong and the system confused itself. Clear the codes and see if it reappears and if it does reappear, get it scanned with VCDS

Based upon recommending what you own, XLR. Superb piece of kit. Mine doesn't have the phone app but it really is set and forget once you've settled on the setting that works best for you.
