  1. Never had the SOS warning and mine is now over 2 years old, no software updates since new.
  2. Nope, and my Kamiq is over 2 years old and my Karoq over 7 years.
  3. Post a photo and we'll tell you ... but it should be in the menu on right of screen ... under App. You may need to cable your phone or it may work over Wi-Fi
  4. Something isn't right then as mine settles down after seconds and no issue pulling away.
  5. Yes, our 2018 Karoq is nice and smooth, very little noise once I've emptied out the stuff the wife keeps putting in the car that causes rattles!!
  6. I have a 1.5 TSI DSG and it starts and idles normally, slightly higher on start up but not 1400rpm, more around 1000rpm
  7. It is on my Kamiq
  8. Me too
  9. At least you now know what the warning is for.
  10. Just ensure seat belt buckles etc are trapped underneath
  11. See here
  12. Our 6 year old Karoq is still rattle free, just as well as I can't stand rattles in a car. Whenever I've had them it's always been caused by me, eg once caused by my spare glasses case that I keep in the car.
  13. I wired mine to one of the USB ports
  14. Surprised as our 6 year old Karoq has no paint issues.
  15. Difficult to see from that video but any liquid is more likely from the air con and is normal and simply water. Coolant won't look like plain water. Best solution would be to top it up and keep an eye on the level over the coming days to see if there's a noticeable drop.
  16. May also be worth you reading the manual as all explained there
  17. And with EV sales down as folks realise they're not a good choice for many at the moment.
  18. That's what I do
  19. Strange, our Karoq is 7 years old this year and still on original dampers, brake discs etc. Cost us nowt apart from normal servicing done by an independent garage, never use dealers once my cars are out of warranty.
  20. Or trolley tokens ...
  21. Remove the rear seat and thread it back.
  22. With cruise control you can always increase speed with even a gentle touch on the accelerator, no need for a 'kick down' action.
