I think there is some confusion going on here with the OP title and the story. Aviva, Halford's insurer paid The claim. it says so in the story. The owner of the car should have submitted a bill to Halfords for his Car hire etc for them to pass on to their insurance Company Aviva. He is a third party in that claim. The puncture cost is because he didn't add tyre cover to his car rental, which he could have done and it would have saved the bill and the extra cost for the cover would be in his invoice as a third party claim on Halford's Aviva policy. After that somehow the Claim must have been recorded on the insurance Database against the vehicles History as a claim by the insured. It will all have probably been resolved by now as it says at the end of the story. But saying all was well in the end doesn't sell copy as they say.

A warranty can only be extended to 100,000 miles. With your annual mileage i would be concerned they are trying to kick the can down that road. Are they suggesting it's condensation? If you wipe it off and dip again what does it look like?

If you remove the oil filler cap. what does that look like?

DRLs are not mandatory in Australia or Japan either but don't see the relevance of other Countries to the OP's question. To answer it we would need to know Serbia's regulations as to why his DRLS stay the same brightness. And to answer how or if he can turn them off?

Have done a but of digging around other forums and apparently there are some LED lighting on cars that need no adjustment for country. If you drive up to a flat surface, like a garage door, put main beam on and reverse away a bit, note where the beam is, if you then dip the lights does the beam move to the left? If it does you need to find how to adjust If not the system is "flat" and requires no intervention. Because it isn't sided it just light up in front. they are bright enough to not need the "up" bit of left and right sided lighting. Allegedly?

The plug will have voltage output and current output on it, i managed to make out 5v on the amazon advert but couldn't read the amp draw needed. I think the usbc in the skoda is 1.25 amp as standard and up to 3.75 amp in some cars with the optional tech pack The 12v power socket is 10amp Is it possible that the battery in the camera needs charging up for a period before it will work I have a feeling that the 10amp socket is able to instantly power your camera and charge it but the usb needs the camera to have more charge in it to operate it and maintain it's charge? Knowing the figure on the camera plug will confirm.

i know it will be too long but have you tried the cable that plugs into the 12v lighter plug or is that not usbc?
