  1. The brake and the clutch system share the same oil, the clutch does get oil from the reservoir, in the picture you can see the rubber hose, wich is placed around the min level so if there is a oil loss you can stiil brake, but you will not have the clutch hydraulic system.
  2. Shock absorber bearing: OEM p/n 6R0 412 249 (I suggest you to look for lemforder or meyle) Upper rubber bushing: OEM p/n 1J0 412 331 C or 1J0 412 331 B (no difference btween the two) Whole meyle kit: 100 412 2019/S (bearing bushing and bolts) For info I've used a fabia combi vrs vin but is all the same btween vrs non vrs hatch and combi
  3. Look also for clutch slave if is leaking it share the same brake fluid
  4. Via vcds you have to acces to the abs module, however like said by Alsadir1 it sound mor like a bad master cylinder, have you ever replaced the brake oil? try to disconnect the radio (only if is aftermarket) and see if you gain access to the abs module, in my case with an aftermarket radio I don't have any issue via vcds, but when i've tuned the ecu the revo dealer was having issue, after I've unplugged the radio everything worked.
  5. try to undo the leads and re-clipping them pulling them towards the firewall instaed of leaving them whit the possibilty to move closer to the turbo heat shield. however i suggest to replace it, pesonally i wouldn't trust it
  6. The trottole body is electronically controlled it means every time it get disconnected or removed (disconnected also like a broken wire) it will need an adaptation (in my Fabia I use vcds) but I believe a mechanic wit a good diagnostic can do it too
  7. Glad I could help, yes I believe too that you will need a new one
  8. If you are referring to me, I’m sorry but I don’t really know about uk law because I don’t live there, I was trying to sort the loose plug first and then suggesting to maybe test if there is 12v in the socket?
  9. As far as I know non it the vrs or the late 2014 with the same style bumper
  10. Try to remove the plastic grill (there should be an hook in the spare tyre kit to remove it) and remove the bolts holding the drl, remove the drl and see if the connector behind it is plugged From this thread https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/500244-fabia-vrs-mk2-sidelight-drl-bulb-replacement/ Look at the wire in your picture and the one plugged behind the drl they look the same
  11. But on the 0 position does the lower lamps the circular one (in the place of the fog lights) turns on? Like in pictures Just to start to sorting out the unplugged connector
  12. First of all, does the two drls work when you switch the ignition on?
  13. A 3 pin con e oro like that could be for the drl Do you have vcds? In case you can do an auto scan and see what is not communicating
  14. Have you checked with a multimeter if you have power in the socket of the parking light?
  15. In the facelift model you have in the left side of the car behind the plasctic trim in the boot area (around the left tail light area) a blue connector and the pipe for the rear windscreen washer, i belive is the same in the 2009 model. However i will have to do that in mine and i belive i will keep my wiring so I will have to remove the wiring from inside the tailgate.
  16. My bad I didn’t specify the Audi tt mk1 one
  17. In my 2013 fabia i've fitted the 312mm front and 256mm vented rear, at the front you will need the steering knuckle from a fabia with 288mm brake setup, look if all the bolt patterns are the same, don't go for audi ones because they will not fit the abs sensor (at least on the restilyng fabia)
  18. there is also a possibility that it have been changed it via vcds, in my fabia i've switched to 9k km
  19. I've used this kit BGS 8066 but the pressure cap that fit (personally tested) is BGS 8315-6
  20. It could be the plastic housing around the obd2 port, maybe the extension lead that have a thic plastic and it dosen't fit, append to me one
  21. Remove the center tunnel you will find the handbrake cable with a 10mm spanner tight the bolt and the handbrake travel will be correct
  22. Always happy to help

  25. Look under the plastic at the bottom of the windsheild (yo whill have to remove the wiper arm), then look for the air inlet for the blower motor, is a tectanuglar opening, that close when you select the air recicle on the ac panel, there is a seal arount the inlet that could be very muche te coulprit
