Slightly less technical than all the above but I've recently got a car which has the latest VW MIB 3 infotainment system and wondered if I needed to manually update the maps or does it somehow do it itself? 🗺️

Swmbo was advised she needed one (perfectly good) wiper to be replaced at a cost of £40. She thanked them but declined as they hadn't the courtesy to wear a mask when trying to rob her!

It's a phone setting that needs to be stored after you have decided what the default 'connected' action is.

On a 2010 vrs the DRL’s also act as the sidelights as the normal bulbs are disabled.

Another thing to bear in mind if that any 5gHz connections will inherently be a lot faster than 2.4gHz ones. It might not be an option with the Ring though? In saying that, I can only make my full online speed via a wired connection.

You've probably just altered the roof switch to disable it.

I believe the wind back tool is only required for the rear brakes.

It is actually but I can't remember what the reason is for its removal There will be an update and replacement in due course though.
