  1. Looks like it was an additional 8Gb USB stick after all. 😕 Just out of interest @arnold what came on the stick as each supplier normally says the latest version IS NOT included?
  2. I already have one but have to agree that's a very good price that should hopefully be snapped up quickly. Just one thing though, what's the USB stick that you mention? Maybe add a photo?
  3. Maybe time to cut out the unnecessary comments now and stick to things that are relevant!
  4. I think Hue requires an additional hub to allow an app (or hardware controller) to make full use of the bulb. Other bulb options don't require a controller so may be better in the long run.
  5. Re The English - whilst unusual, it’s not something to get too excited about! @Lady Elanore how did you watch it in 4K? Just see the spoiler for Tokyo Vice (BBC) and that could be interesting. Also available in 4K but elusively not sure how to get it. Using Sky Q (with HD & UHDj or Freeview.
  6. I've done it on a previous car with a pin. 👍
  7. Thanks for that. My only excuse is that I never go in the rear of the car. ☺️ In saying that, my car may not have it so I'll check later. 👍
  8. Could you be confusing it with a tri-zone (inside) temperature display - which still won't show a clock?
  9. I don't think any cars have had a rear clock.
  10. @lol-lol Looks like the 'Series' thread passed you by so I've moved it here.
  11. As George has mentioned, there’s only one thread pinned in this section. 👍 You will then see the other unread posts in order below that.
  12. Ah. Surprised they needed all three keys to service the car. You'll find there's numerous threads regarding fob batteries and their 'new' replacements.
  13. If you’re sure about copyright then go ahead. You could of course use the ‘Spoiler’ feature (the eye icon) if necessary. 👍
  14. Started watching this but the Freevee ads and lower resolution than normal contributed to managing only 10 minutes. I must be getting fickle.
  15. @ApertureS Can you also post in the Free Stuff section as there may be others that are interested there. 👍
  16. You could advertise it (with Freedom membership) or let it go for free.
  17. I’m currently using an Immersun which does the same thing - a marvellous piece of kit!
  18. I definitely don’t want to lose my premium FIT but why is a (chargeable) G99 required when I’m not actually increasing capacity - just usability?
  19. I appreciate there’s a long wait for the Powerwall but I’m not sure GivEnergy is an option. The 13.5kWh option is adequate but that may involve an additional inverter and still can’t do grid backup (AFAIK).
  20. I'm currently considering adding some battery storage to allow my daytime generation to supply the house during the evening and potentially during any loss of grid power. It seems that the Tesla Powerwall 2 would be a good solution (even though they're virtually unable to be sourced) but that may also be because a Powerwall 3 is incoming? There is definitely a price premium to go to Tesla (which would probably be the optimal storage/discharge) but wondered if others had any other solutions even if I missed out on the loss of grid power option? At the moment there's no EV in the equation.
  21. Maybe time to not deviate too much from the main objectives of the thread?
  22. No doubt there'll be an equivalent VW page which I can check. 👍
