You either need to get canbus friendly bulbs or code out the light checking with such as VCDS.

Another option is that you can program the car to add a DRL on/off option with VCDS to the Infotainment system.

Just as a guess, have you done a soft reset of the infotainment system as that is sometimes needed to trigger the changes?

I think you need to be more structured with your packing as a bigger boot is probably only needed a couple of times a year!

I'm not too sure if the Karoq has this but my Superb III has Blind Spot Assist and Rear Traffic Alert which operates exactly as has happened to the OP. Quick controls for mine are on the MF steering wheel but I'm sure they're also somewhere in the infotainment system.

I've got the equivalent Ateca with DCC and would probably only use the 'comfort' setting for longer motorway journeys. Anything else and it's usually in one of the firmer settings to provide more corner hugging grip. That can have other downsides though:- Not too sure if I'd actually pay the extra for it as my last 3 vehicles all had it as standard.

Also the offline part is not related to actual navigation.

It's something a bit better looking but very similar to that.

It came as standard on my Cupra and I'm glad it did at that price! It was also interesting to see this view as I obviously haven't delved that deep previously to have noticed it.

Android Auto and Apple CarPlay was a chargeable option with the early cars!

Check the Android forums as there has been selective issues with AA.
